Minibus Conditions of Hire

1. Vehicle driver must be over 25 years of age, and have a clean licence
   
2. Vehicle to carry a maximum of 14 passengers plus driver
   
3. Seat belts must be used at all times by all
   
4. In the event of an accident the hirer agrees to pay the first £250.00
   
5. Before the journey the driver should carry out a driver start check
   
6. The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition inside and out
   
7. The driver should ensure the diesel tank is refilled to max.
   
8. The driver is to pay all fines or penalties which may be imposed should they infringe the law whilst the vehicle is in their possession
   
9. The driver must have a copy of his or her licence at the time of the hire
   
10. The driver to hand the end mileage to the officer in charge
    
11. A charge of £25.00 will be added to all non-Scouting groups
    
12. A deposit of £20.00 will be paid for all bookings
    
13. All defects must be reported to the officer in charge
